WEX could not find a remote control solution on the market that was cost-effective and had all the features he needed, so WEX decided to work towards their own custom remote support solution, INLETEX. After completion of development, WEX was able to offer more effective support and respond more quickly to customer issues. Finding productivity improve, WEX put the solution on the market to see if other support professionals had the same needs for an effective remote support solution.
